Great location right by the beach with amazing views. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. The room was adequately clean.
The room was too basic and outdated. The furniture and beds were not comfortable.

I was very happy for my stay in this hotel, of course if you expect quality like Hilton then you have to pay more.

Nice room - even than the photos. Good aircon. Big room with balcony. Private parking place. 50m from a small beach. Lovely fruit at breakfast. Good fast wifi. Good free parking.
Terrible coffee and tea at breakfast. Rooms by the street are a little noisy, but not much.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. They also gave us unlimited information on things to do and where to go.
Internet at business centre only - not in the room

Rooms are ok, we asked the silent room not on the road and it was perfect. There is not much privacy but the little veranda was helpful with two kids. You have to go to the beach crossing the road. Restaurants were ok, although they did not have normal potato, only chips.. lots of families there. If you want to stay all the time near the beach - it is ok. just have to pay for chaiselong. Hotel gives just 20% discount... But if you want to go somewhere, without car it is very difficult. Bus and boat goes just few times a day. Minimarket was very usiteful.
It is not Portoferraio! I was staying in Portoferraio and wanted my kids be close to me, so i could see them between work. Everything else was booked. But town is 20-25 minutes to go from Bagnaia! So when i decided to take my kids and bring to my room in my hotel, the stuff of Villa Mare forced me to pay for the 4 nights until the end of my booking. In case you don't come, you pay only 1 night fee, but when you are there - you are locked! Somehow I convienced him to pay just 2 next days.. This I find inapropriate - to locate the hotel as Portoferraio when it is not. The beach is little stones, and they are not round and white, like in some other beaches. You have to pay 18 euros a day for tent and chaiselong. Although kids 3 and 1 years old were happy. Playground is really small.

Enjoyed the quiet and romantic atmosphere at this hotel. the room was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary parking and the fact that we could easily walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. the beautiful view from the balcony was a plus!
The lack of air conditioning in the room made it difficult to sleep comfortably during the hot summer nights. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, which was frustrating.

The hotel has a prime location just steps away from a picturesque pebbly beach and a variety of restaurants, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing beach vacation. the rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. the staff are helpful and friendly, offering great service and assistance with any requests. the view of the sea and surrounding hills is breathtaking and adds to the overall charm of the hotel.
The hotel lacks some modern amenities and could benefit from some updating in terms of decor and facilities.

This hotel had some great features! I loved how close it was to the ocean, just steps away from the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the convenience of having parking available for my car.
Nothing negative to say.
